RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is a format for delivering regularly changing web content.
RSS solves a problem for people who regularly use the web and allows them to easily stay informed by retrieving latest content summaries from sites they're subscribed to.

Not certain if I'm joing this to "use" it or just to be a motivator for a friend - time will tell.
Two years ago I was 323 pounds and now I'm 240. Oddly enough, I feel pretty bad about that - i haven't done much to lose weight the last six months, I've only been making sure I maintained it what I've already lost. I know that's better than gaining back, but I'm starting to feel fat and sluggish again when I'd felt so good last year this time.
